PUBG Mobile X Resident Evil 2 is a collaboration between the mobile version of the online game PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds and the Resident Evil 2 remake. It was first announced on Day 3 of the PUBG Mobile Star Challenge 2018. On 19 February 2019, the 0.11.0 update added the collaboration event to the game, a new mode called "Survive Till Dawn" was made available, alongside various outfits, enemies and weapons tied to Resident Evil 2. Survive Till Dawn is the name of the mode added as part of the collaboration, it features a 30-minute round with 60 players in total, a day cycle is present which changes the aggressiveness of enemies, making them a bigger threat during the night time. Some Resident Evil 2 creatures are also present in this mode, including Zombies, Lickers and both G (Stage 1) and the Tyrant which are bosses within the game mode.
